Fletcher is our patch, and this page is the plain-English version of who we are and how we work. No sales pitch, no fine print.
We are a crew of licensed plumbers working the suburb and the surrounding Hunter suburbs week in, week out. There are no call centres and no mystery subcontractors. The plumber who answers your questions on the phone is the one who turns up with the van.

That last point has no expiry date and no fine print. It is simply the standard.
What we actually do
The work splits into four areas, and each has its own page with the detail:

- Hot water, whether the unit needs a repair, a swap or a fresh install
Why we know the houses here
Fletcher's housing stock is young by Hunter standards, mostly estate-built from the late 1990s onward across Nikkinba Ridge and the Sanctuary estates. That shapes the work.
Volume-builder shortcuts are the usual culprit.
The ground matters too.
What we will not do
We won't quote a price we can't honour, talk you into a replacement when a repair will hold, or leave a job half-finished. We also won't blind you with jargon. If you want to know why we are recommending something, ask, and you will get a straight answer.
